Yes! We offer FREE delivery in Doha areas for orders 159 QAR and above. Orders below 159 QAR have a 15–20 QAR delivery fee. For far areas outside Doha, a delivery charge applies — DM us for your exact area quote.

Most orders within Doha are delivered within 1–2 business days. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout the process.

Yes. All Quantum Empress pieces use natural gemstone beads and are sourced from quality-verified suppliers. Product descriptions reflect the cultural and historical significance of each stone.

We want you to love your piece. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will do our best to resolve it. Exchanges are offered for damaged or incorrect items.
